INCALLAJTA - TOTORA

You will never forget a visit to the ruins of Inkallajta. These ruins, located only 76 miles from the city, are what remains of what was once the largest Incan fort in Bolivia. Built against the mountains and surrounded by two rivers, this fort provided an impenetrable fortress from which to launch attacks.
If you want to stay longer, your trip can include a visit to the traditional colonial village of Totora, which has served as an inspiration for artists and writers throughout the ages.
