Mallasa Park

It is located to the south of La Paz. It is undoubtedly a tourist attraction because of the moon valley and the homonym park. It has a zoo, swimming pools, cabins, amply gardens, volleyball courts and more recreational plays.

Laikacota Park

It is the biggest park in the country, has a variety of recreational plays where children can enjoy. The gardens and the courts are appropriate places for physical activities.

Kusillo Museum

Kusillo Museum is a place dedicated to children. It is an educative museum; has cultural activities and educative games where children will learn in a funny way. This place is visited by students because of the activities as interactive games, object collections, etc.

Aquatic Parks

Aqualand

Aqualand is the favourite place for children. It is an immense aquatic park for visiting on summer. It can hold up to 5.000 people a day. This one has many attractions as:

- An enormous swimming pool with artificial swell
- Aquatic plays
- Mini zoo with many animals
- Electronic games
- It also has fast food restaurants

Playland

This Park is destined to funny activities and games. It has a swimming pool and aquatic games for children and adults. It also has a restaurant.

Ecological Park Ivaga Iguazú

The ecological park Ivaga Iguazú means “big paradise” in Guaraní. It is the perfect park for children amusement. It has paths for a better guidance.
It is an adequate place to learn about flora, since it has more than 500 kinds of plants. It has the following places:
- A nursery (where you can buy some plants)
- A typical food restaurant
- Car park

Mariscal Santa Cruz Park

Mariscal Santa Cruz Park is located on Chimba zone. It is a recreational park for children and adults. It has places for playing, a tropical area with tropical plants, fish (Some people called it small Chapare).

It is one of the favourite places for children, where can do activities on the open air, enjoy swimming, play on the gardens, etc.

Botanic Garden

Martin Cárdenas botanic garden is an appropriated place for amusing and learning at the same time. This place is visited by students, since it has lot of plants, kind of cactus, vegetables with different origins, flowers in different colours, trees, native bushes and pleasant path gardens. You can enjoy the beautiful nature around you.

National Park Tunari

It is located in the north of the city. It is one of the most known attractions by the hill with 5.020 meters high. Inside you can do activities on the open air as camping, trekking, and more.
It also has recreational plays, green fields where both children and adults can enjoy the playing.
