Located 14 km from Tarija is the home of Colonel Eustaquio Méndez (courageous leader and strong advocate for justice and freedom) and the historical museum where you will find valuable weapons that were used in defense of our territory.

Be part of the development of Rosquete, the sample traditional cuisine of Tarija, especially in the province Mendez. Padcaya cradle of Enrriqueta Ulloa and visit around this little town with its wonders.

El Valle de Concepción, and Aviles Uriondo land, now known as the wine capital, cultural and artistic center of Tarija. Visit wineries and vineyards of Dona Vita "The Old House" spent nearly three centuries to produce their own wines, is a gem in itself. Take a stroll through the vineyards, wine tasting, and a delicious lunch singanis typical of Tarija.
