Be part of the development of Rosquete, the sample traditional cuisine of Tarija, especially in the province Mendez. Padcaya cradle of Enrriqueta Ulloa and visit around this little town with its wonders.

El Valle de Concepción, and Aviles Uriondo land, now known as the wine capital, cultural and artistic center of Tarija. Visit wineries and vineyards of Dona Vita "The Old House" spent nearly three centuries to produce their own wines, is a gem in itself.
