Tourism in Valle Grande - Santa Cruz

This is a location of great archaeological and historical interest because of the presence of significant Rupestrian paintings. Besides, this was the famous place where the actions, combats, capture and assassination of the Socialist Argentinean-Cuban Commandant Ernesto Ché Guevara took place.

It is recommendable to visit the laundry where the corpse of Ernesto Ché Guevara was exposed to national and international public and press and, of course, the grave where his remains and his companions` remains were found.

The folkloric traditions of the community are very popular too. Among them, it is possible to mention the festivity of "El Carnaval Vallegrandino".
