Tourism in Sica Sica - La Paz

The topography of the region is formed by ecological floors, plateaus, mountains and valleys. It is situated 4.700 meters above the sea level.

Sica Sica is an Aymara population that was also the home of important revolutionary chiefs like Tupac Katari (1780) and Pablo Zarate Willca (1899).

It is interesting to visit here the Colonial Church (XVII century) and the ecological location of Lak'a utas (“earth dwellings”). The Lahuachaca fair presents an interesting animal and product exchange. The hot springs of Sica Sica are situated in the zone too.
