Tourism in Coroico - Yungas, La Paz

Distance: 90 Kilometers away from La Paz

This population comprehends the major presence of Afro - Bolivian groups in the country. The topography of the region presents abundant flora and fauna.

It has an enormous tourist potential, mainly, due to its attractive biodiversity.

It is recommendable to visit the Uchumachi and the Vagantes Boulevard. You should also visit the natural ponds and the pre Columbian trail of Chucura - Apacheta.

The main celebration is the festivity of the Virgin of Candelaria that is celebrated on October 20th.
