We were very pleased with the quiet room (I think #464), staff, hotel and location. The remote did not have any batteries but we were able to temporarily use some we had. If we are ever in Santa Cruz again we would stay there and would recommend it. The staff was very helpful with storing our luggage as we did not leave from the airport until late. We appreciate their help and friendliness.
