This hotel was recomended to me as one of the best on Oruro. What a disappointment! No hot water, no breackfast until I complained several; times, and no one to talk to at the service counter. Following my complaints, the manager dropped the price by one third. However, that did not make up for a bad experience. Needless to say we left after the first night.
