1.- What is BoliviaContact.com?
BoliviaContact.com is a directory of hotels and tourism of Bolivia.

2.- How I can reserve my hotel?
When you choose a hotel and enter to the hotel page, there you find a brief description about hotel location and others details; besides the rates and services. If you are interested in the hotel you have to press the option “Booking”. This way, you will pass to the reservation form. Complete the form with all the necessary data and press “SEND”
Once you have sent the reservation form, you will receive an electronic mail requesting “reconfirm your data” It is necessary do a reply to send us the confirming your data mail.
3.- After send my data information through the reservation form; is my reservation already confirmed?
No. When we received your “data confirmation” mail we are verifying availability and requesting confirmation to the hotel for this reservation.
4.- When will be my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation will be confirmed when the hotel send you a mail with the “confirmation or reservation number” plus the cost of the requested lodging. All the process will be inside the 24 hours of initiate your booking.
5.- With whom am I making this reservation?
In the booking process the confirmation and consultations mail are responded and assisted by the required hotel.
6.- Are the published rates permanently updated?
Yes, but exists the possibility of the rates are changed and it not be published. We recommend to reconfirm the rate when you are booking.
7.- Do I have to pay ON LINE for my reservation?
It doesn't carry out any payment “on-line”. Depending on the guarantee, terms and conditions of each hotel, they can request a) advance payment b) credit card guarantee.
8.- Why it has a credit card request?
To CONFIRM any reservation is necessary credit card data as guarantee like Visa o Master Card. This guarantee is to protect in the event of a “No Show”
9.- What is a NO SHOW?
A “No Show” it is when the person was not presented the day of the reservation. The hotel will apply the rate from a lodging night to the credit card, and directly the hotel will charge it.
No show means when the guest was not presented in the hotel to use his booking.
10. - Which are the cancellation conditions?
If your booking has been confirmed and you don't want to keep it you should CANCEL IT, sending an email with the word CANCELLATION, specifying reservation dates and booking number. It is subject to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation between 3 and 0 days before the arrival date:
The cancellation cost for each reserved room corresponds to the rate applied by a lodging night.
- Up of 3 days before the arrival date:
No charge.
