1) APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
The price and/or services reservation that include the flight ticket are subject to changes or modifications without notice; when there be alterations in the services, modifications of prices or exchange rates by non imputable causes.
All amounts paid before the final confirmation of services are perceived in respect of reservation. The final services and prices confirmation will be done with tickets or voucher issue and the corresponding invoicing that will be sent by mail to the passenger.
3) PAYMENTS:
If the passenger desists or cancels its reservation, once the tickets were issued, and it affects to the hired services of the airline or the Tourism Company through Travel Contact. The refund will be subject to loss of 70% of the service or ticket cost within a period no greater than 30 days of claim. There is no refund of the service after the deadline.
4) RESPONSIBILITY:
TRAVEL CONTACT states that it has the mediator function in the reservation or services hiring of tourism packages and flight tickets. So that, it is not responsible of unforeseen facts, force majored, climate or natural phenomenon that happen before or while the tour or flight that impede the trip partial or totally; neither, any accident, damage or irregularities that could happen during the trip.
Once the trip begins, if there is a cancellation, modification or interruption of the services because of any kind of passenger reasons, the passenger won’t have the right to claim for refunds or devolutions.
5) CLIENT ACCEPTATION
The client declares to know and accept the present general conditions of contract, whose acceptation is confirmed by him.
1. The payment (partial or total) of the hired services before the beginning of the trip, by any way method of payment.
2. The use of any part of the hired services.
